New Patient Information
Welcome to our Practice
Our office is currently accepting new patients. We recommend that all new patients have a new patient exam and cleaning on their first visit. Call today and our staff will be pleased to assist you in any way possible. All efforts will be made to accommodate your schedule.
Cancellations
Office hours are by appointment only. If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.
Financial Policy
Just as we are committed to providing excellent dental care, we are concerned with making it affordable to you. Currently we do not participate in any of the DMO or PPO type dental plans, but as a courtesy to our patients we process most insurance and accept cash, checks, Visa and MasterCard.
Our office is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with lunch from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. and on Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
